Yoga · breath · stillness — Zürich West
Aire is a small studio for slow practice — vinyasa at sunrise, yin at dusk, and quiet in between. Come as you are; leave a little lighter.

Classes
Small rooms, warm floors, no mirrors. Every class begins and ends the same way: a few unhurried breaths, together.

Drop in any time — mats, props and tea are here to share. The ribbon below drifts at breathing pace: one lap, six breaths.
( no class is ever full to the walls — we cap every room at twelve mats )

“Believes the floor is the most honest teacher.”
Ten years a night nurse; now she tucks a whole room in at 18:30 and calls it a career upgrade.

Breathwork
“Counts to four for a living. Slowly.”
A former freediver who once held his breath for six minutes — he would rather teach you to let yours go.

The studio
One warm room above a quiet courtyard in Zürich West. Underfloor heat, cork mats, tall windows that do most of the decorating.
Begin
No form at the door. Arrive ten minutes early, borrow a mat, see how the room feels. Afterwards, it stays simple:
( no expiry pressure, no auto-renew — we would rather you just come back )
Away
Val Verzasca, 9–11 October. Morning practice, long lunches, and no schedule at all after four. Twelve places, always quiet.
